We offer hairdressing and beauty treatments from our salon based in the centre of Wellington, Somerset.
Cancellation Policy
You MUST cancel any appointment AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE your booking.
Otherwise, we will request a 50% payment for the original booking.
If you 'NO SHOW' your booked appointment, you will NOT be able to book any future appointments until we have received FULL PAYMENT for the missed appointment.
This policy applies to ANY service you have booked.
We're sorry for needing to implement this policy.
